This gentleman whose name is Li, in his 70's, practices rotating ironballs everyday, an invention of Baoding people. By rotating the balls in one's hand is believed to be quite effective to keep one fit. This old man is a master of playing such games, he can ,at one time manage with 57 as much as balls in one hand at one time.
